Terms of use

This website gives general information about our services. It is not an offer or a contract. Services, deliverables, timelines and prices are set in a written proposal or agreement between you and Esahn Marketing, and that written agreement controls. We may update the site or change what we offer at any time.

Some images and videos on this site are illustrations made with AI image tools. They are artistic illustrations, not unedited photographs, and they do not show real places or any client’s work. One of them is an AI-generated portrait of the owner, and the salute and flag in the story picture are an AI animation of the owner’s real photograph, not a recording. They appear here:

• the Esahn Marketing logo mark (the E), which is AI-generated brand artwork, in the navigation bar, the video at the top of the home page and the browser tab icon;
• the moving pictures at the top of the home page (three AI-generated clips, played by scrolling), which show the E mark floating above rocks, the camera flying toward it and through it;
• the dark architectural picture you arrive in after passing through the E, which stays behind the four disciplines;
• the four pictures behind the Services scenes (Strategy, Creative, Automation, Results);
• the wide closing picture behind “Let’s build.”;
• the story picture where the page says “Our standard” and “Meet Jaiden” (one moving picture played by scrolling): it starts on a real photograph of the owner in a gold frame, which an AI then animates (the salute and the waving flag are AI), and continues through an AI-generated office with a desk, a model car and a shelf to a framed AI-generated smiling portrait of the owner.

Esahn Marketing is run by a veteran. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. armed forces. “Veteran-run” and “Veteran-owned” are statements by the owner and not a government certification. The story section begins with a real photograph of the owner; the salute and the flag that appear to move in it were added by an AI animation, and nothing after it is a real place or recording.

The Services and Work sections describe what we offer. Case studies will be added as real projects are completed. Nothing on this site promises a particular business result.

The text, photos, illustrations, design and logo on this site belong to Esahn Marketing, to the studio that designed the site, or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. Names of other companies and platforms are trademarks of their owners; we mention them only to point to our listings, and that does not mean they endorse us.

We link to outside websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind about the website itself, to the fullest extent the law allows. This does not change any warranty or obligation in a written agreement for our services.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Esahn Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using or not being able to use this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
